Job Social Media Manager en Barcelona

Our client is a Barcelona-based start-up and we are now seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate the online presence and cultivate a vibrant community of beauty enthusiasts.

As the Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence, responsible for developing and executing a robust social media strategy. Your role will be pivotal in driving engagement, growing our follower base, and ensuring that our brand message resonates across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the business objectives, brand identity, and target audience.
• Content Creation & Management: Develop, edit, and publish high-quality content daily, including short-form videos, reels, and images, designed to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
• Community Engagement: Actively manage and engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and positive manner.
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor social media metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and using insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and PR teams.
• Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, particularly within the beauty and fashion sectors, and incorporate relevant trends into our strategy.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify, establish, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors in the beauty space to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience & Track Record: Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts.
• Social Media Expertise: Extensive experience managing and optimizing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Industry Immersion: Strong connection to the beauty and fashion industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing, particularly for short-form content, with experience using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite being a plus.
• Influencer Relations: Experience managing influencer partnerships.
• Fluent in English.
