Job description

Our client is looking for a candidate that will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of audiovisual services in a known 5-star hotel in Barcelona, as well as overseeing events within the hotel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the client portfolio by establishing long-term commercial relationships with companies and organizations interested in out client audiovisual services.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals with clients.
  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding the most suitable audiovisual solutions based on their needs and budgets.
  • Monitor and control the costs and budgets of audiovisual projects.

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of previous experience in both commercial and technical management of audiovisual services, preferably within hotels or related industries.
  • Technical knowledge of sound, lighting, projection, and screen systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong commercial relationships, as well as successfully close contracts with clients.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish, English (minimum C1/Advanced), and German is a big plus.
